That’s it! You have completed the 6 days of physical activities for the Made to Move Challenge! Every little achievement means a lot, and you’ve done a great job!
Remind to drink water and get a good stretch. Keep track of your steps throughout the day and report the final count to you. Use the Activity Tracker to keep count.
Tomorrow, Day 7, is a day of rest. Plan a casual (and safe) hike or nature walk. And don’t forget to come back for the Fitness Test on Day 8.
