  1. In a medium pan, bring the juice to a simmer.
  2. Once simmering, add the agar powder, and honey. Whisk while simmering, for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before using a dropper to transfer the solution to your molds.
  4. Cool in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Pop out and eat immediately, or store in the fridge for later.
