Individual Active Lifestyle Awards
60% of Adventist students will achieve the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (United States only) or NAD Active Lifestyle Award
INDIVIDUAL ACTIVE LIFESTYLE AWARDS
Given to individuals by their organization — church, school or hospital.
NAD Active Lifestyle Awards The North American Division has created an Active Lifestyle Award for recognizing individual achievement in maintaining an active lifestyle. Newly designed award certificates are now available for download!
We encourage every church, university, and healthcare institution in the North American Division interested in helping us achieve our 2 million mile goal (including those in the US), to offer these NAD awards to their members, students and employees.
Register and report the miles online through this website. Your site coordinators can also help with your team’s reporting. Each mile can count towards our 2 million mile goal. Individual adults and children may achieve award certificates every 13 weeks as follows:
- Bronze Award Certificate for reaching 100 miles
- Silver Award Certificate for reaching 150 miles
- Gold Award Certificate for reaching 200 miles
- Platinum Award Certificate for reaching 250 miles
In addition, individuals that are very goal-oriented may be inducted into the 500, 1000, 1500 or 2000 mile clubs after completing the respective number of physical activity miles in one year.
Besides certificates, your organization may purchase pins, caps, t-shirts, and other Adventists InStep for Life items to use in recognizing the achievements of your participants. Medals can be ordered from Jones School Supply Company.
