Refund policy:

• If the participant drops the course prior to the start date of the course and materials not mailed, tuition is fully refunded except the $10.00 Stripe processing fee.
• If the participant attends the opening class but does not begin or complete the first module work, the nurse participant will be assessed a $130 fee for supplies and will be refunded the remaining amount of tuition charged.
• If the nurse participant cannot complete the course requirements due to extenuating circumstances, the Faith Community Nurse Education Lead Instructor should be notified immediately and to discuss further arrangements.

Note:  Class Size limited to 15 RNs.  This course may be cancelled or postponed for insufficient qualified applicants. In that event, registered participants will be fully refunded.
