Umami Hummus

The mushroom seasoning in this recipe adds a touch of umami flavor to this staple Mediterranean dish.

Ingredients

2 cans cooked garbanzo beanS
½ tsp salt, or to taste
2 tsp dried parsley
1 ½ tsp mushroom seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
¾ cup water

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till a smooth consistency.
