- Mix together milk, turmeric, cinnamon, chicory, maple syrup and salt in a small pot. Heat on stove for 3 minutes until the drink is steamy. Do not let it boil.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes until it has completely cooled.
- In a blender, add the cooled milk mixture, ½ to 1 cup additional hemp milk and 2 cups ice cubes. Blend for 20 seconds or until just blended. Do not over blend and cause the ice to melt.
- Pour into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream if desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chicory powder and serve immediately.
