CABL Advocate Application

There are 2 steps to the online application procedure to be a CABL student advocate and to receive the scholarship.

  1. Get approved.  The first application is general information about yourself and your plans for the upcoming school year.
  2. Personal details.  The second application is more specific information about you, including the US tax-required W-9 form.
    • Do not complete this form until you have received verification from Paul Lehmann that your step 1 application has been approved.
    • If you need a W-9 form, visit the IRS website to obtain the latest version.

A complete application is needed for each CABL student advocate.  These steps need to be completed only once during the school year.
