12 Steps to Recovery
The Journey to Wholeness program was developed by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists, along with our partners, in order to provide a safe environment for individuals recovering from addictions. These “Journey Groups” follow the 12 Steps, 12 Traditions, and 12 Concepts as modified from Alcoholics Anonymous. See the chart below, developed by ___ to learn about the Christian foundation of the 12 Steps.
The 12 Steps are structured around the following four phases. Journey Group participants have access to a “Participants Guide” for each of the four phases, which contain brief readings, self-reflection questions, studies from Scripture, inspiring stories, and worksheets.

Steps 4 - 6
