We are born naturally inclined to like the sweet taste. The food industry has picked up on that and flooded our surroundings with products loaded with sugar. What is the impact of the habitual intake of sugary foods on our health? Are all sugars harmful? Does the Bible have anything to say about that? Is it possible to design a healthy dessert? What are the healthiest replacements for sugar? Join us to discuss this and much more.
